Our fees apply to all one-to-one tutoring courses offered by Mindhacks Institute of Excellence.
The fee for the selected course package or block of sessions must be paid in full and in advance. Payment on a per-session basis or after a session has been conducted will not be accepted.
Sessions will be scheduled or continued only after the complete applicable payment has been received.
Payments for Domestic Services
Where the tutoring service is treated as a taxable domestic supply, payments made in Indian Rupees will be subject to 18% GST, charged in addition to the stated course fee.
Payments from Overseas Clients
Payments received from eligible overseas clients in their local foreign currency, or in Indian Rupees through an eligible NRE account or another payment route permitted by the Reserve Bank of India, may be invoiced without GST where the transaction qualifies as an export of services or another zero-rated supply under applicable Indian GST laws.
Payment through an NRE account or in a foreign currency will not, by itself, guarantee exemption from GST. The applicable tax treatment will depend on the location of the student or recipient, the place of supply, the method and source of payment, and all other requirements prescribed under prevailing Indian tax laws.
Mindhacks Institute of Excellence may request proof of overseas residence, remittance documents, bank records, billing details, or any other information required to determine the correct GST treatment.
Where a payment or service does not satisfy the applicable requirements for zero-rated treatment, the relevant GST will be payable in addition to the course fee.
All bank charges, international transfer fees, correspondent-bank charges, payment-gateway fees, currency-conversion charges, and any other transaction-related costs must be borne by the student, parent, guardian, or payer.
Mindhacks Institute of Excellence must receive the full invoiced amount without any deductions.
If any charge is deducted during the transfer process, the payer must pay the resulting shortfall before the sessions can be scheduled or continued.
Sessions will be scheduled according to the mutual availability of the tutor and the student.
The date and time confirmed through the Mindhacks portal or another authorised Mindhacks communication channel will be considered final unless a revised schedule is subsequently confirmed.
All scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling requests must be communicated through an authorised Mindhacks channel..
Each session will consist of a 55-minute, one-to-one online class conducted through Zoom on the Mindhacks portal.
Sessions will be recorded for academic, monitoring, training, safeguarding, and quality-assurance purposes. Meeting notes or session summaries will be shared with the student and their parent or guardian, wherever applicable.
By enrolling in the course or attending a session, the student and their parent or guardian consent to the recording of the sessions for these purposes.
All fees paid to Mindhacks Institute of Excellence are non-refundable.
An exception may be made where Mindhacks or the assigned tutor cancels a session and is unable to offer a suitable replacement session, or where an alternative arrangement has been expressly agreed upon in writing.
A session rescheduled by the tutor will not be deducted from the student’s remaining session balance until the replacement session has been conducted.
A student may request the cancellation or rescheduling of a session by providing notice before the applicable regional deadline stated below.
Requests received at or after the applicable deadline will be treated as late cancellations.
For classes conducted during North American evening hours, cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted before 11:59 PM IST on the preceding Indian calendar day.

For students based in Europe, India, or the Middle East, cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted before 2:00 PM IST on the day of the scheduled session.

The local-time equivalents are provided for convenience and may vary where daylight-saving time is observed. The applicable deadline stated in Indian Standard Time will remain the official and controlling deadline in all cases.
A late-cancelled session may be treated as a completed session and charged in full at the discretion of Mindhacks Institute of Excellence or the assigned tutor.
If a student fails to attend a scheduled session without providing prior notice, the absence will be classified as a “no-show.”
A no-show will be treated as a completed session and charged in full. The session will not be rescheduled, refunded, or credited to the student’s account.
The tutor may cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergencies, technical difficulties, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Reasonable notice will be provided wherever possible, and a suitable alternative session will be offered without any additional charge to the student.
A session cancelled by the tutor will not be deducted from the student’s remaining session balance unless the replacement session has been conducted.
All communication with the assigned faculty member must take place exclusively through the Mindhacks portal or another authorised Mindhacks communication channel.
Students, parents, and guardians must not request, obtain, exchange, or share personal contact information with the assigned faculty member. This includes, but is not limited to:
Students, parents, and guardians must not contact the assigned faculty member privately or attempt to arrange classes, payments, or academic services outside the official Mindhacks system.
Any request for or exchange of personal contact information, or any attempt to communicate or make arrangements outside the authorised Mindhacks channels, may result in the immediate discontinuation of the student’s classes and the termination of the faculty member’s association with the tutoring arrangement.
By enrolling in a course, making a payment, or attending a session, the student and their parent or guardian confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
